Beau Goulter is the Managing Director of Marlu Resources Group, an Indigenous-owned and operated company based in Western Australia. Founded in 2020, Marlu offers over 30 years of combined experience in shutdown services, fabrication, mechanical maintenance, scaffolding, and transport. The company has successfully supported numerous shutdowns at CSBP, delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and with a strong emphasis on safety, achieving zero safety incidents.
Goulters personal connection to the Stolen Generations instils a profound sense of purpose in Marlus operations, guiding the company’s commitment to excellence and community engagement.

Kane Nitschke
Director
Kane Nitschke is the Group Managing Director, one of Australia’s largest construction modelling firms. An industry change-maker, Kane has demonstrated the significant value that construction modellers can bring to design and engineering processes.
Under his leadership, Multiplan has expanded its services across Australia, Europe, and Asia, providing solutions-based services that address increasingly complex workflows. This includes both remote partnerships and embedding skilled 3D modellers into project teams worldwide.
Kane emphasizes the importance of building relationships in an industry that heavily relies on technology. He is a board member of the Australian Construction Modellers Association (ACMA), represents Multiplan as a member of the Australian Steel Institute, and leads the companies national Women in Steel initiative. This initiative aims to attract and support women entering the construction modelling sector, addressing the industries growing demand for talent.
